A luxury real estate platform for the Nigerian market, built with cinematic design and a property discovery architecture designed to compete at the top of the Lagos market.
Nigerian luxury real estate has a trust problem. Listings are shared on WhatsApp as blurry JPEGs. Agency websites are functional at best and embarrassing at worst. High-net-worth buyers looking at Lekki Phase 1 or VI properties are making million-naira decisions using information that looks like it was assembled in 2009. The gap between the quality of the properties and the quality of the platforms presenting them is enormous.
Built on Next.js 16 with React 19 and TypeScript, using Tailwind v4 for design tokens and Framer Motion 12 for cinematic transitions. Cormorant Garamond for editorial headings, DM Sans for body text, and a gold accent palette (#C9A96E) that signals premium positioning without being loud. Resend handles enquiry delivery with template-rendered confirmation emails.
Before: luxury properties marketed at the same tier as budget listings, with no visual differentiation, no filtering infrastructure, and no enquiry system that felt trustworthy. After: a platform where the design communicates the price point before a property card is read, with a structured discovery flow and a contact architecture that earns the enquiry.
Not a template. Not a Shopify skin. A ground-up build that ships live and handles real deployment pressure. Here's how to work with Apex Code.
